Thanks! Most of it is Ubuntu Condensed, window font is Ubuntu Mono, and the document font is Sans.

Actually, here's a plank theme that's essentially the same as mine, just with less padding. If you want to mess with the variables and change it, just edit ~/.config/plank/theme/dock.theme.
